摘要: Postmortem cross-sectional imaging in situ of nontraumatic human heart and the with a penetrating trauma has already been described. In postmortem multislice computed tomography (MSCT) magnetic resonance (MRI) diagnosis blunt to was reported be challenging. We examined case fatal vehicle accident severe trauma, which underwent MSCT MRI before autopsy. Both radiologic methods showed dislocation heart. Based on this finding rupture pericardium suspected. T2-weighted sequence images allowed for myocardium rupture. conclude that performed suspicion forensic cases are useful documentation diagnostic tools.
