摘要: Abstract Shore crab and Mediterranean have been exposed to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) for subcellular fractionation (protein assays) isolation of DNA (genotoxicity assays). Increases some proteins associated with substancial elevation benzo(a)pyrene monooxygenase (BPMO) activity strongly supported the induction one or two cytochrome P450-like proteins. For genotoxicity studies was isolated from midgut gland crabs analysed using several assays which gave indications damage (adducts strand breaks). AP-PCR (Arbitrally Primed Polymerase Chain Reaction) can be used as an early warning systeme since temporary changes, may not manifest themselves mutations maybe detected.
