Pattern of disocclusion in patients with complete cleft lip and palate.

摘要: OBJETIVO: avaliar o padrao de desoclusao apresentado nos movimentos excursivos mandibulares e a presenca ou nao interferencias oclusais patologias relacionadas oclusao (recessao gengival abfracao). METODO: exame 120 individuos, divididos em 2 grupos: Grupo 1 - 90 pacientes com fissura completa labio palato, subdivididos 30 palato unilateral esquerda, direita bilateral; individuos sem fissuras (grupo controle). RESULTADOS: 58,8% do apresentaram guia canina uni bilateralmente, 26,6% funcao grupo bilateral 54,4% realizaram estes laterais atraves dos dentes posteriores; 80% realizava protrusao pelos anteriores 20 % posteriores. Para 2, foi observada 69,6% 43,2% somente 13,3% os Apenas 3,4% CONCLUSOES: houve diferenca estatisticamente significativa no entre subgrupos fissuras.
