摘要: Pharyngeal inverted papilloma is rare. To the best of our knowledge, we present first case an extranasal pharyngeal with parapharyngeal space invasion and associated hearing loss literature review on features this lesion. A 77-year-old man presented leftsided a sore throat. Left-sided otitis media effusion, mass in right nasal cavity, left nasopharynx were identified.
