摘要: This paper presents the composite biostructures created by laser structuring of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) in an albumin matrix. Under exposure femtosecond radiation, heating aqueous solution causes liquid water to evaporate. As a result, we obtained solid-state bulk or film form. Using molecular dynamic method, showed formation framework from SWCNTs example splicing open end one nanotube with defect region another under action heating. Laser up temperature 80°C 100°C C─C bond formation. Raman spectra measured for allowed us describe binding oxygen atoms amino acid residues SWCNTs. It is found that interaction energy and amounts 580 kJ/mol. We used atomic force microscopy investigate surface biostructures. The pore size range 30 120 nm. proved proliferation fibroblasts occurred on during 72 h incubation.
