摘要: Nine samples of commercial, high-modulus, PAN-base carbon fibres were studied by TEM. Like high-temperature carbons, they are made basic structural units which almost isometric in shape but folded and entangled parallel to the fibre axis. Their diameters La vary from 200 700 A radii curvature rt vary 20 130 A. Mechanical properties determined on single filaments vicinity areas The value tensile strength failure σc was found decrease as rtLa increased. Young's modulus increased 1La decreased, electrical resistivity ϱ 1La increased.
