摘要: Gender mainstreaming is a policy-driven process of integrating gender concerns into development structures and practices. Particular ways thinking (‘myths’) underpin this will be demonstrated in community fi sheries Cambodia’s Tonle Sap region. Involving women may inadvertently overlook women’s disproportionate share caring responsibilities the traditional male terrain management. In short, these myths mainstream to advance goals fiprotection, but fail redress inequality social inequities rst place, thus resulting more counterproductive effects than positive ones.
