摘要: Abstract Two distinct methods were used, energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence and specular reflectance measurement, in order to analyze the amount of nickel tin layers on anodic aluminium surfaces. These metals electroplated at bottom pores anodized aluminium, during electrolytic colouring solutions containing borate boric acid, sulphate sulphuric respectively. An exponential relation was derived giving absorbance each sample as a function surface density deposited metal. Various organic additives that improve efficiency procedure used well AC or DC current which affects situation film; their influence calculated parameters also investigated.
