摘要: Facts are presented evidencing a strong electron-phonon interaction in doped BSCCO superconductors. A pronounced fine structure dI/dV characteristics of Josephson junctions has been observed which is caused by AC current with Raman-active optical phonon modes. “Quantization” the “gap” voltage for natural nanosteps on cryogenically cleaved surfaces proves existence intrinsic effect. sharp extra current-voltage attributed to presence extended van Hove singularity.
