摘要: Abstract This paper presents, a short review of the recent advances in development density functional for hard spheres. The fundamental measure theory, as developed originally by Y. Rosenfeld and its more versions, is compared with other approximations. results dimensional crossover from spheres fluid three dimensions to rods one dimension zero-dimensional cavities are discussed. New on fluid–crystal coexistence disc two presented.
