摘要: Abstract A transdermal patch for delivering nicotine periods of 12–48 h was designed. An inclusion complex formed between the and β-cyclodextrine (β-CD) used in drug depot. The usefulness a specially cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol (cross-PVA) membrane investigated as rate controlling membrane. influence carbopol polymers, type C-934P C-940 propylene glycol on permeation through rat skin investigated. results indicated maximum flux 42 μg cm −2  h −1 after 48 h from patches made when concentration 15% nicotine-β-CD mole ratio 3:1. These can be fabricated to obtain controlled release, zero order systems.
