摘要: Macrocyclic diterpenoids, ovatodiolides, showed a transient hypotensive activity in the anaesthetized dog. The effects of ovatodiolides on angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), contactile isolated frog heart by Yagi-Hartung method and Ca 2+ current measured with voltage clamp single bullfrog atrial cells were examined. Ovatodiolide (1) inhibitory myocardial contraction an antagonistic effect current. These results suggest that at least, partly, may be due to inhibition
