摘要: Objective Lifestyle interventions including reduction of caloric intake are still the most pursued option to treat obesity. However, their outcome in terms weight loss strongly differs between participants. In our study, we hypothesized that initial differences brain activation a food specific memory task associated with change during lifestyle intervention. Design and Methods Magnetic activity was recorded one-back visual nonfood pictures 33 overweight obese subjects before they underwent intervention. The intervention lasted 6 months aimed for daily by 400 kcal. Body mass index (BMI) determined after intervention.
