摘要: In many developing countries, there are certain health problems faced by the public, one among them is Malaria. This tropical disease mainly caused Plasmodium falciparum. It categorized as a disaster to public health, which increases both mortality and morbidity. Numerous drugs in practice control this their vectors. Eco-friendly tools required battle against vector of significant disease. Nanotechnology plays major role fighting malaria. The present paper synthesized Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) using zinc nitrate via simple green routes with help aqueous peel extract Lagenaria siceraria (L. siceraria). ZnO NPs were characterized various biophysical methods. Moreover, L. mediated was experimented III instar larvae An. stephensi. impact treatment based on concerning histology morphology mosquito larval further observed. normal laboratory environment, efficiency predation Poeciliareticulata (P. reticulata) Stephensi found be 44%, whereas its contaminated P. reticulate showed about 45.8% 61.13% larva. examined falciparum CQ-sensitive strains. cytotoxic effects HeLa cell lines an IC50 value 62.5 µg/mL. study concludes that represent valuable option fight malarial vectors parasites.
