摘要: N6 -Carbamoyl and -carbonyl analogs of adenosine 3',5'-cyclic phosphate (cAMP) are prepared variously demonstrated to exhibit kinase, adrenal steroidogenisis lipolysis activation superior cAMP, inhibit phosphodiesterase, found increase cardiac output or, in particular cases, lower blood pressure.
