摘要: Publisher Summary For environmental investigations, heavy metals are to be analyzed in a variety of natural and technogenic materials like aerosols, dust, water, stream lake sediments, soils, vegetation or building concrete, bricks, slags. The choice which analytical method has applied depends on the material analyzed, availability goal investigation, respectively. This chapter gives an overview most important methods. As methods require solution, analysis consists two three major steps" first, mechanical sample preparation, grinding, sieving, drying, homogenizing, second, dissolution extraction (for solid samples, except for non-destructive X-ray fluorescence), third, final instrumental determination. kind information, can obtained from results (e.g., whether bulk concentration metal speciation determined), mainly thesample preparation digestion method. Sample main controlling factors influencing quality results. These preconditions also discussed chapter.
