摘要: We have developed a system for the quantitative analysis of buffy coat in centrifuged whole blood samples. This analysis, performed modified microhematocrit tube, provides hematocrit value, total WBC count, platelet and separation leukocyte population into granulocytes nongranulocytes. All results are available within 15 minutes correlate well with existing methods. The is expected to provide rapid means performing complete cell count physician's office. (JAMA1983;249:617-620)
