摘要: This paper reports a silicon-based polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cell micro power system in which high active surface area catalyst layer was monolithically integrated with the major components of PEM (gas diffusion layer, flow field, reservoir and current collector). A sputtering method used to apply on roughly textured substrate. significant increase electro-active by texturing verified results cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement. small internal resistance measured electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) indicated that silicon roughness did not reduce electrical conductance collectors. The devices were tested both gaseous (hydrogen) liquid (methanol) at room temperature.
