摘要: The applicability of diffuse reflectance spectroscopic techniques to the studies photochemical degradation foodstuffs is discussed. Experimental methods and theoretical base for their quantitative usage are explored. Some examples practical application in heterogeneous opaque systems presented. discussed provide essential parameters foodstuffs, that cannot be assessed otherwise.
