摘要: Summary Bacteroides fragilis strains isolated from different sources, i. e. 1 strain (AA1) an aquatic environment, normal flora (118310) and the type (ATCC 25285) originally clinical material, were analysed for both cell envelope proteins composition surviving under oxidative stress starvation. All examined showed a similar survival response when cultured in drinking water with ten-fold decrease viable counts per day during 7 days of analysis. The outer membrane protein (OMP) profiles all quite period as determined by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). However, periplasmic 118310 two bands at 48 58 kDa, respectively, that absent AA1 ATCC 25285 incubation potable water. Whole cells 35S-labelled bacteria significant increase 16, 18, 24, 26, 35, 48, kDa 22, 58, 70 compared to grown BHI-PRAS media detected autoradiography following SDS-PAGE. These data suggest B. may have synthesis mechanism allows them adapt adverse environments.
