摘要: The potential of compost, limestone and growth Leucaena leucocephala (Lam.) de wit, Senna siamea H.S Irwin & Barneby, Eucalyptus grandis W. Hill ex Maid for the restoration rhizospheric bacterial functional diversity pyrite soil copper tailings was assessed in field. Pyrite were amended with limestone, compost followed by planting experimental trees after homogenisation. setup split block design site as a blocking factor; amendment application treatment factors. After 12 months growth, background sampled their physico-chemical characteristics analysed. Community Level Physiological Profiles (CLPP) same samples determined using Biolog EcoPlate ™ . from data various indices including Average Well Colour Development (AWCD), substrate richness (S) Shannon-Wiener index ( H ). Background untreated extremely acidic, low organic matter content, available phosphorous, total nitrogen, relatively higher concentrations heavy metals diversity. Application amendments tree species effectively increased pH, understory plant species, lowered metals. AWCD, rhizospheres leguminous than non , suggesting suitability former remediation tailings.
