These changes also have influenced government functions other private institutions as well its citizens. Governments countries are taking proactive measures this domain aiming to deliver more interactive services citizens businesses through e-governance. Cloud computing helps improve e-government execution effectiveness create new business opportunities. is an evolution web based internet application describes a supplement, consumption, delivery model for IT ICT on Internet. It enables sharing resources costs across large pool users while providing on-demand dynamic scalability. This paper focuses existing system Saudi Arabia proposes cloud rational inference agent that expected be user-friendly provide efficient distribution workload.
