摘要: Abstract The magnetic and magnetotransport properties of SrRuO3 epitaxial thin films grown on (0 0 1)-oriented SrTiO3 substrates by dc magnetron sputtering were studied in detail. analysis the electric transport data suggests a crossover from Fermi-liquid to non-Fermi-liquid behavior at ∼50 K. Apart this, low-temperature upturn resistivity film is observed which possibly associated with disorder-induced localization effects. Interestingly, ρ(T) paramagnetic state follows T1/2 dependence. This similar that bulk SRO single-crystals. Most strikingly, temperature-dependent magnetoresistance exhibits two distinct dips (one around ferromagnetic ordering temperature other 40 K), resembling double-well potential appearance. Concerning films, it found magnetization diminishes increasing due, probably, thermally excited magnons as well Stoner excitations. In turn, near TC scaling law, M ∞ (TC − T)α, α ≈ 0.39. magnitude α seems be consistent three-dimensional (3D) Ising-type behavior.
