摘要: NITROFURANTOIN (Furadantin) has become increasingly useful in the treatment of resistant urinary-tract infections and is now widely employed. Nitrofurazone (Furacin), which used topically chronic skin infections, known to be associated with frequent sensitivity reactions, but reactions nitrofurantoin, other than gastrointestinal symptoms, have not been reported. Severe anaphylactoid type described below are recorded literature. Stewart Rowe1 reported 12 per cent mostly gastrointestinal, a review 107 patients. One patient required hospitalization for dermatitis medicamentosa, 1 had "slight sensation pressure rectum . . .
