Cell-Binding and Growth-Stimulating Activities of the C-Terminal Part of Human MGSA/groα

摘要: Abstract The FITC-labeled C-terminal alpha-helix portion of human MGSA/groα (MGSA 47-71) was shown, using flow cytometry, to bind melanoma cells Hs294t but not non-melanoma cells. MGSA (47-71) is capable induce specifically DNA synthesis These results indicate that the sufficient for its biological activity, thus raising questions about importance dimerization and N-terminal ELR box molecule which has been proposed.
