摘要: One hundred and twenty-one Salmonella isolates were obtained from food, feed, live chicken samples derived 13 countries or regions. In this study, their subtypes evaluated by serotyping multilocus sequence typing (MLST), genetic profiles also characterized. It was demonstrated on these that 36 various serovars in of which three serotypes S. Babelsberg, Fresno, II first found mainland China. Based Simpson's index diversity, the method had a 0.943 discriminatory power. Meanwhile, there total 42 unique types (STs) characterized MLST, power MLST (D = 0.947) close to method. hisD revealed highest levels nucleotide diversity. addition, ST-92 most common ST represented 16 isolates, followed ST-367 14 isolates. Seven new alleles identified, associated with other resulted assignment nine STs. concluded results generally serotype, but not epidemiological source samples, antimicrobial resistance patterns.
