摘要: A new technique for realizing CMOS digitally-controlled decibel-linear variable gain amplifier (VGA) circuits is described. VGA employing the proposed are then given. Besides being effective and simple to use from a system point of view, offer stable characteristic with precise control that achievable without component spreading. The provides 25 dB range per stage, 0.55 steps error less than 0.5 dB. It can also be digitally reconfigured give 60 6 steps. circuit digital offset trimming, processes voltage or current input signals operates in fully differential configuration. Simulation experimental results provided.
