Sleep quality and job satisfaction of Turkish nurses

摘要: This research was conducted as a descriptive study for the purpose of examining nurses' sleep quality, job satisfaction, and relationship between them. The population comprised nurses who work at Inonu University Turgut Ozal Medical Center (Turkey) with total 418 nurses. A Personal Information Form, developed by researchers based on information in literature, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Short Form Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), which have been adapted Turkish had validity reliability studies conducted, were used data collection research. For analysis, frequency distribution, arithmetic mean, variance analysis (One-Way ANOVA), Tukey test, Independent Samples t test used. According to findings obtained from it determined that quality score mean 7.28 ± 3.56 satisfaction 48.05 11.77 weak negative correlation found 2 tools (r = −0.25) ( P
