摘要: Purpose To report the development of an opaque bubble layer (OBL) during small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) and analyze its potential risk factors clinical outcome. Methods A retrospective review medical records was performed. The patients were divided into two groups in terms OBL area following a posterior cut: less than 5% cornea greater cornea. Preoperative parameters outcomes compared. association between amount various determined using correlation analysis. Results study included 208 myopic eyes (106 patients). incidence 51.82% (108 eyes) mean 3.06% ± 4.62%. group (48 eyes, 23.08%) had thicker cornea, thinner lenticule, longer operation time (160 72.92%). Visual acuity, efficacy, safety similar except for slightly lower predictability value group. presented quantitative with corneal thickness, relative vertical position lenticular surface. Flap tear observed 8 (3.84%), at which extensive (9.76% 7.02%) developed. Conclusions Eyes or are more likely to develop SMILE. does not affect overall In OBL, there is higher flap value.
