摘要: Abstract TiO 2 films with honeycombed microstructure were coated on glass substrate by introducing breath figure method to sol gel route, and dip coating doctor blade technology respectively. The effect of some factors the formation was investigated. Field-emission scanning electron microscope optical observations indicate that a pulling speed 15–30 cm·min − 1 , mixed solvent V cyclohexane / butanol = 3–7 bath water temperature 50–60 °C favorable for homogenous honeycomb pattern film. Furthermore, traditionally modified decreasing below 0 °C. By this modification, bimodal pore size distribution produced without moist flow. This modification broadens application method, obtained film nanoscale microscale pores may provide potential research value surface science.
