摘要: Here, we investigate the performance of organic solar cells (OSCs) through morphology optimization. We propose a 1D analytical approach drift-diffusion method to describe J-V characteristics device considering morphological parameters system. The blend with smaller phase domain size shows higher efficiency. Moreover, illustrate that incorporating spherical Au nanoparticles in BHJ photoactive layer can further improve photon absorption enhancement. indicate by optimizing plus using nanoparticles, efficiency PCDTBT:PCBM based system reach 9.4%.
