摘要: Hungry and alone, Kimberly Rogers died in August 2000. She was serving a six month sentence of house arrest Sudbury, Ontario for the crime collecting student loans while on welfare (MacKinnon & Lacey, 2001). Although had been first person to appeal successfully automatic suspension upon conviction fraud, she could not support her unborn baby herself meager benefits. Had gone college several years ago would have convicted completing both welfare. It legal do so before. But 1997 new laws policies made this option illegal.
