摘要: Abstract A method is described for molar estimates of the antigen-binding capacity lymphocytes. The procedure based on interaction cells with a relatively large amount an intensely radioiodinated ligand to favor saturation all available receptor binding sites. Some parameters governing reaction are discussed and specificity cell-ligand evaluated.
