摘要: Abstract Objective Generalized anxiety and panic disorders are a burden on the society because they costly have significant adverse effect quality of life. The aim this study was to evaluate cost-utility collaborative stepped care intervention for disorder generalized in primary compared as usual from societal perspective. Methods design two armed cluster randomized controlled trial. In total 43 practices Netherlands participated study. Eventually, 180 patients were included (114 care, 66 usual). Baseline measures follow-up (3, 6, 9 12 months) assessed using questionnaires. We applied TiC-P, SF-HQL EQ-5D respectively measuring health utilization, production losses related Results average annual direct medical costs group 1854 Euro (95% C.I., 1726 1986) €1503 1374 1664) group. life years (QALYs) gained 0.05 higher group, leading an incremental cost effectiveness ratio (ICER) 6965 per QALY. Inclusion productivity costs, consequently reflecting full decreased even more. Conclusion showed that effective dominant when perspective taken.
