摘要: Re-emerging infections are over the entire expanse of world. The risk re-emergence is notcon ned to poor countries: E. coli epidemic in Japan, one most auent economies theworld. There global pandemics HIV, tuberculosis, cholera, malaria, hepatitis B virus, andannual inuenza [2, 3].Accordingtotheaboves,thedatabaseandretrievalsystemforhumanpathogenicbacterialgenomesand its genes interest essentially required for promoting studies on diagnostics pathogens,mining drug targets, etc. Furthermore oligonucleotidemicroarray or oligo-chip has high potential tobe a useful tool rapid and accurate genotyping bacterialspecies, detectionof mutationsrelated with resistance [1].This paper shows human pathogenic bacterial database (HuPa) retrieval system auto-matically update published genomes from NCBI. Also bioinformatics tools areintegrated automatic probe design.
