Comparative aspects of the purification and properties of cholinesterases.

摘要: Recent years have seen great progress in the purification and characterization of cholinesterases. Investigation has indicated existence two principal groups: a fairly homogeneous group acetylcholinesterases enzymes that utilize butyrylcholine, propionycholine, or benzoylcholine as substrates differ widely their properties.This paper reviews different types cholinesterase sources, importance proper choice substrate studies, methods for cholinesterases, some properties these enzymes.
