摘要: Abstract 1. TTC was used under aerobic and anaerobic conditions to demonstrate succinic dehydrogenase activity in the cestode, Hymenolepis nana. It observed that there not equal reduction of dye all proglottids comprising strobila an intact worm. Reduction which were punctured with a surgical needle. Methylene blue also verify presence this dehydrogenase. Preliminary studies conducted qualitatively indicated sodium malonate inhibited succinate oxidation reduction. 2. Apparent individuality same discussed. suggested are permeability differences along may be active selective absorption carbohydrates by proglottids, possibly involving phosphorylation processes.
