摘要: We report the effect of adding up to 23% tin indium film a thin‐film/tantalum‐oxide/bulktantalum transmission line. Addition reduces velocity and increases delay for fixed length by 1.4% each percent tin. Agreement with predictions Pippard's nonlocal theory when meanfree path is reduced excellent. Pulse attenuation shape degradation are not increased addition Attenuation as low 10 dB per microsecond was observed at 1.25 K. The added 50% sensitivity temperature near Tc, improves reproducibility from line Critical 6 K tin, in good agreement previous measurements.
