摘要: When launching the international decade for world's indigenous peoples in 1994, president of United Nations General Assembly warned dire circumstances facing peoples: “Their social structures and lifestyles have suffered repercussions modern development.”1 Although there is no single definition peoples, an ancient relationship with a defined territory ethnic distinctiveness are two distinguishing features.
