摘要: Abstract As compared with single-stage thermoelectric coolers (TECs), two-stage TECs can achieve a larger temperature drop when operate at steady state conditions. In this work, pulse currents are respectively supplied to the hot and cold stage of cascaded TEC seek further increase in across TEC. The results show that yields lower end longer holding time supercooling than counterpart. minimum temperature, Tc,min, be improved by matching between amplitude width on (Pc τc) (Ph τh).
