摘要: Molecularly imprinted polymers are generated by curing a cross-linked polymer in the presence of template. During process, noncovalent bonds form between and The interaction sites for become “frozen” cross-linking maintain their shape even after template is removed. resulting cavities reproduce size can selectively reincorporate when mixture containing it flows over surface. In last few decades field molecular imprinting has evolved from being able to capture only small molecules dealing with all kinds samples. (MIPs) have been analytes as diverse metal ions, drug molecules, environmental pollutants, proteins viruses entire cells. We review here relatively new surface imprinting, which creates imprints large, biologically relevant templates. traditional bulk where simply added prepolymer before curing, cannot be applied if analyte too large diffuse cured polymer.
