摘要: We measure the real and imaginary conductivity sigma(k = 0,omega) of a high-mobility two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) system at frequencies below above momentum scattering rate. The part 2DEG impedance is observed to be inductive, consistent with Drude model. Using this kinetic inductance, we construct transmission line by capacitively coupling an Al Schottky barrier gate separated 5000 A from 2DEG. measured wave velocity temperature-dependent damping are in good agreement simple Exciting these modes equivalent exciting 2D plasma mode strongly modified interaction between gate.
