摘要: Objectives: To examine the effect of six weeks strength and proprioception training on eversion to inversion isokinetic ratios (E/I ratios) in subjects with unilateral functional ankle instability. Methods: Thirty eight were randomly assigned one four treatment groups: (S); (P); + (B); control (C). Isokinetic was tested before after using a Kin Com 125 automatic positioning dynamometer. Subtalar joint motions both concentrically eccentrically through range motion involving 40°. All peak torque average values normalised for body mass. E/I calculated from measures by taking concentric value combining it eccentric value. Data analysed mixed model analysis variance repeated test factor. Average at 30 120°/s separately. Results: There no significant differences functionally unstable any groups compared before. Conclusions: Six (either alone or combined) had self reported Further studies examining this agonist (concentric) antagonist (eccentric) muscle group ratio are needed.
