摘要: In contrast to the rich and often streamlined literature on process of risk analysis, concepts grounding practice are under-theorised. When explicitly treated, theorists’ analyses diverge. On one hand, a dominant view in analysis is treat safety as relatively straightforward objective natural concepts, determined by physical facts thus fitted for scientific study. other theorists from social sciences argue that ‘social construct’, subjective feature rather than reality.
