Fuzzy Set Models for Evaluation of Irrigation Performance

摘要: A methodology for ranking and classifying performance of irrigation systems from multidimensional indicators is developed using fuzzy set theory. The procedure uses the concepts resemblance dominance. Preference levels reflecting management priorities are incorporated into analysis appropriate weighting factors. applied to evaluate Goulbum Irrigation Region in Victoria. Three considered, namely: irrigated area, distribution efficiency waterlogged area. classification periods shows three clusters indicating predominant effect steady rise area when higher priority given this indicator. No clear trend could be identified equal weight was assigned all indicators.
