摘要: Electric and dielectric properties of (1-x)Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-xPbTiO3 solid solu¬tions were investigated as a function the frequency temperature. Dielectric measurements over temperature showed presence three contributions, which related to ferro-paraelectric phase transition (around 180K) conductive contributions (in range 200K- 700 k). The FE Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3 (PFW) is shifted higher temperatures by PbTiO3 (PT) additions. Conductive associated an electronic conductivity with activation energy around 0.45 – 0.55 eV.
