Electron-impact excitation cross sections into Ne(2p53p) levels for plasma applications

摘要: One requirement for plasma spectroscopy analysis and modeling of neon discharges is a set electron-impact excitation cross sections covering from both the 2p6 ground state four 2p53s levels. We present experimental measurements into J = 1 levels 2p53p configuration J = 0 J = 2 metastable A complete all ten (2px in Paschen’s notation) state, two resonance (1sy are compiled convenient form. The obtained an empirical scaling relationship between measured corresponding optical oscillator strengths.
