摘要: Division of Food Science and Aqualife Medicine, Chonnam National University, Yeosu 550-749, Republic Korea*Faculty Marine Bioscience & Technology, Kangnung University,Kangnung, 210-702, KoreaIn this study, one hundred strains bacterial flora were isolated from the intestine cultured wildblack rockfish Sebastes inermiscollected in examined for drug resistance to 9 antibiotics. Fromcultrued fish, bacteria Photobacterium group (26 strains) Acinetobacter (18strains) Gram-negative, unidentified marine sediment bacterium (6 Gram-positive. Fromwild (18 strains), (12 Shewanella (5strains) Gram-negative Bacillus (8 Staphylococcus (4 unidentifiedmarine (3 Intestine wild black was morediverse than that cultured. The drugs tested tetracyclines (oxytetracycline), aminoglycosides(gentamicin), macrorides (erythromycin) quinolones (flumequine, oxolinic acid, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, enrofloxacin ciprofloxacin). Sensitivity all seven antibiotics except oxytetracycline acidwas higher fish ones, although isolates more resistantthan control strain Escherichia coli ATCC9637. This suggests use farm mighthave some intestinal fish. Key words: Black rockfish, Intestine, Flora, Antibiotics
