摘要: Abstract Marine wildlife tourism is growing in popularity and the number of studies examining its impacts. These focus nearly exclusively on industry’s target species, overlooking a myriad non-target organisms that may also be affected. Here, dietary effects bait chum input from white shark cage-diving industry were assessed for eight species different functional groups (pelagic fishes, reef rays), across two sites with intensity tourism, compared to control site no tourism. Stomach content, fatty acid profiles, nitrogen stable isotope values revealed site-specific diets all consistent consumption at both sites. However, these shifts incongruent extent North South Neptune Islands. Species within each group responded differently chum, demonstrating complexity understanding species. We suggest appropriate management comprises an ecosystem-approach inclusive
