摘要: These case reports describe the short-term benefits of dry needling in shoulder injuries four international female volleyball athletes during a month-long intense competitive phase, using both replicable subjective and objective measures. Dry scapulohumeral muscles was carried out. Range movement, strength pain were assessed before after treatment, with functional assessment immediately playing overhead activity, short form McGill Pain Questionnaire. All scores improved post-treatment able to continue activities. Previous studies have suggested that myofascial trigger points may cause significant weakness reduced range motion, referred pain. Trigger point has been successful treating impingement symptoms but only improvement not phase. cases support use elite phase relief function injuries. It help maintain rotator cuff balance strength, reducing further injury.
